Day of the Dead
A celebration of life
Of those who are now in death
A giving of gifts
To show though gone
That they are still remembered
That keeps them bright
In the afterlife
To which we must all
One day surrender
Paainted faces
Bright coloured clothes
And a respect for those
Who have now passed
And a show that they remain
In our memories
And there will ever last
Dia De Los Muertos

A chance for all who suffered loss
To show deep heartfelt respect
Through a celebration
Of their life.
