When we feel low and down
Take a moment and a breath
Focus on you and mindfulness
Then rise again and fight the strain
And know the a new start comes from a fresh moment
It comes from a new day, new beginnings
What’s gone before is gone, start a fresh
And reinvent yourself and feel renewed
For nothing is permanent, not even feeling low and down
You just need to pick yourself off the ground
And go again.
