Life is not always black and white

And as people we don’t have to fight

Just because we are told too

Life is not always wrong or right

But we don’t have to hate or take sides

Just because someone has told has too

Just because you’re taught this in schools

They say always follow the rules

But often times these rules are for fools

You know what’s appropriate to do

Life is not always so profound

Sometimes you find yourself on the ground

And the only way from there is to get up

Don’t wait for others they don’t give a fuck

They are the ones that no doubt knocked you down

They may not of liked what you are or your sound

But no one ever said life is easy, it’s hard

But if you true to yourself you’ll go far

Somewhere between the universe and the stars.
