New blooms on a new day
Winter flowers brighten up the day
Daffodils and polyanthus
Snow drops and blue blues sway
In nature’s wonderlust
Meadows of such profusion
I come to the conclusion
That we are surpassed in every way
By nature’s abundance that is so colourful and gay.
