Freedom state

I breathe in, in contemplation

Of the still that will follow

I breathe out waiting

For the inner peace to ease all sorrow

I breathe in and I can feel the love

As it flows through my being

I breathe out and sense my kind heart building

I embrace the joy that kindness brings

I breathe in and I feel my soul is growing

I breathe out and feel my world exploding

Into a million shining stars that fill the universe

And heal all of our hurts

And that fulfill our every dream

In this state of meditating I am free.
