We can only heal

When we let go,

We can only transcend

When we learn to evolve,

And this requires self love

And this requires inner peace,

And all this comes from a still mind

From meditative practice,

And a kind forgive heart

And a luminescent soul,

From we we can manifest

Creative consciousness,

Turning out illusory life

Into a life of awakening reality,

Aware of all our surroundings

And with all other species in existence,

We coalesce and assimilate back as one

With Mother Earth and nature,

While also elevating into all that’s universal

Perfect enough to recognise our flaws,

Smart enough to know we are foolish

Wise enough to understand all our follies.
