When my head is full of clutter I am hindered
So I have to still my mind through mindfulness
When my body has reacted to the stress
I find it hinders me in work progress
So I sit and focus on my deep breaths
We all need to take time out to do these things
Take time out to sort your wellbeing
You gain nothing by just ploughing on
It’s far better in the long run for you
So be aware in all you do
And when things get to much for you
Take time out, still the mind and learn to just breathe
And let it all go that’s the right thing to do.
