Emotions are better out than bottled up within
There is so much sadness in the act of grieving,
Yet celebrating life and indulging loves might
Is a better way to feel,
Though the heartbreak is real
There is no goodness or appeal,
In drifting down into suffering and pain
Those who love you wouldn’t want it anyway,
We must learn to build the inner strength
That we need to learn to process it,
To heal through love is a spiritual gift
That should never be denied,
That offers time for us to cry
But then let love be our guide of which we can abide, in peace.
