Tough times require spiritual minds
Which helps to keep us calm defined,
Through mediative practices
When the stress and worry begins to set in,
We can see it as and when it’s coming
We learn to see the obvious signs,
And helps us maintain that fine line
Of inner peace, self control without becoming blind,
To the needs that require attending to
But that allows us to address them like a flower in bloom,
Rather than to dwell in the stress and anxiety of its associated gloom.
