Covid infection strains seem to grow,

It’s difficult to really know

Because governments lie that has been show,

Let the bad times roll

Watching people drown because they’re fleeing home,

And we witness them as the die because of inflatable boats,

That they use to cross the sea

All they seek is a safe place for their families,

Let the bad times roll

When you can no longer trust the police,

Who do they work for

And why are so many racist,

Let the bad times roll

But we don’t have to let these times change us,

We can share light and we can share love

And we can be a family in unity and surely that’s enough,

To let the good times roll for us.
