I just can’t stand it
When the law you get
Is based on your class,
Based on wealth and social standing
The law is not commanding,
When it turns a blind eye
To those who are rich and powerful,
But then used the make,
Those less fortunate suffer each day
And yet it doesn’t have to be this way,
If we demanded better from those we pay,
To ensure the law is applied
Equally in every single way.
