Those less fortunate suffer each day
And yet it doesn’t have to be this way,
If we demanded better from those we pay,
To ensure the law is applied
Equally in every single way.

Western populations have become horribly apathetic. It’s astounding. We have the actual luxury to protest in ways which can get results, but not enough people prioritise such things enough. We can protest without fear of being disappeared. It’s really frustrating.
