Those with access to wealth

And those who are seen as academic,

Don’t like those they perceive

Of having access to voice their views,

It’s just like how they keep the poor

From accessing universities,

Those of the financial clout think the poor are a disease,

How dare they think to have opinions

Or to believe they may be artistic and creative,

Unless you have a PHD or were public school educated

If an academic speaks it’s full of wisdom

But when the rest of us speak we’re fools,

This is how academic socialites think

It’s cruel and they dominate life’s rules,

But freedom of speech and the right to have your say

It is the foundation of democracy,

As long as it is not words that hurt and inspire, war, violence, fear and hate.
