Media focus on all the wars
But we don’t want your bloody wars,
Wars of terror, wars without a cause
Wars for territory and religious wars

See the dead and see the maimed
Leaders and armies on the rampage,
All that participate can only be seen as insane
Your God your masters, are they the ones that we must blame,
Killing in somebody’s name
For committing crimes of taking lives away,
Innocent children, women and men
Do they feel the weight of guilt and shame,
Fighting wars home and away
We don’t want your bloody war games,
But the truth is it’s no fucking game
To those laying dead or crippled and maimed,
To them it’s a brutal truth that one day it may be me or you.
