Help where you can
Whenever you get the chance,
Help those in need
And try to keep a balance,
Where those you love
Don’t go without
Because you showed you care,
And it may not be obvious
So be alert and stay aware.

It doesn’t even have to be anything huge – just holding the door open for someone or letting someone onto the bus/train ahead of you is helpful and blesses that person so much xx
