Live every day
Like you’re a legend,
Be caring and kind
And let that have no ending,
All of us can cross that line
From doing the norm,
To going that extra mile
To helping others
And not just ourselves,
It only requires love
It doesn’t require wealth,
And we can all do more
To help the needy and the poor,
We can all turn our backs
Against those who call for war,
And in this way
We can be defined
As living life, legendary,
It doesn’t require much
But few can seem to do it,
In a world of brutal men
And in a world so full of hate,
Fighting for love and peace
And kindness and equality,
These acts and deeds
Then become revolutionary,
And they then highlight
In you and me our humanity,
For everybody else to see,
Then maybe they will want
To become of the same belief,
And also strive to be, legendary.
