Corruption is a government production

Played out by politicians and corporations,

Lining each others pockets to keep each other wealthy

And they will never care about the likes of you or me,

We are there in their minds simply to be exploited

Somehow these corrupt people think that they’re anointed,

And that gives them the right, they think from their privilege

To treat them in any way they please and we should just show gratitude,

For every hardship they put us through.
