We bind ourselves in chains of emotional despair
Wrap ourselves so tightly for security  because we’re scared
Of facing get up to reality
Of facing up to life
Of accepting the consequences of what is wrong or right.
We must learn to take responsibility for the choices that we make
For when made from the heart
They are never really mistakes
Fot there are many roads that we can take,
In each moment we may veer
From the one that we were on but at least you chose to steer and chose that road to be the one you now are on.
Acceptance of those decisions makes us stronger gives us power
Loosens up those chains we tied
So it’s not always so dour
It’s a scary world and we hate standing out and being seen,
But when you free yourself some more
The light from you it gleams.
So break out of those self imposed chains
And let them know just who you are
Break out of the prison cell im which you’ve hidden away,
Stop clinging on to  attachment of thinking you may come to harm.
For the only thing to fear in life is fear itself
And when we learn to break those chains we then decide if we wish to dwell,
In the bliss and thr happiness, harmony and self love,
It’s only then we realise who we are Is more than enough.
You are amazing you are unique
Your love personified
So break those chains and stand up strong for you’ve no reason now to hide.
Your perfection and you know
it so it’s up to you to show it
make your mark upon this world gorgeous all to see.
