The verdancy of the green rolling hills
Undulating across my vision as I breathed in nature
Seeing it’s beauty, feeling is essence
Allowing it in to my being
Giving me a feeling of healing
Breathing in the freshness of the lustrous grass
Absorbing in the nitrogen from the trees
Watching the pollination taking place by the bees
As they buzz among the wild flowers within the meadow
And I realise the miracle of creation
And how lucky we are to be in existence
I pay tribute, appreciation and gratitude
For however long I get to spend here
Sampling this magnificent dream
This Eden, this universal wonder
That’s so easy to take for granted.
