My little brave Teddy

My grandson who is 5 yrs old has a genetic condition they believe to be mitochondrial disease. It is a debilitating degenerative condition that now sees him in a wheelchair a lot of the time, night blindness and declining hearing. He has a peg (feeding tube) and suffers constant bouts of sickness. There is no known cure for this. However I have to say that he is the bravest and most determined little man I have ever had the joy to witness and is so loving and selfless, never complaining or demanding. He is so precious and there seems so little chance of anything other than just managing his condition but with that in mind I have to say that my love admiration and respect goes out to him in full and that everyday I think about him he humbles me in so many ways. Stay strong little man, grandad loves you, as to does the universe I am sure.
