Be mindful when you breathe
Retain mindfulness when you eat,
In fact be mindful of everything you do
Which means retaining calmness in you,
Pause and appreciate what you may do
And you realise that what I say is true,
That not other thinking and being distracted
Will enable you to see things through,
So much easier and better for you,
And you’ll enjoy what you are doing, so much more
And isn’t this what we are all living for,
To be fulfilled in all that we do
Then we can revel in self gratitude,
That life is better for discovering the truth
That happiness and bliss resides inside of me and you.
