Taken for granted

I knew a woman once
Let’s call her Cora
She had a beautiful aura
But her man
was so distracted
That he ignored her
So I restored her
And now he spends his life in pain
Over the love that he says he craved
But not enough it seems
To adore her
Each moment of the day
So she simply walked away
And never looked back again
