The art of enlightenment is not to achieve solely through practice but to understand through just being. When we try and focus on how to become enlightened we disconnect from self and being. Enlightenment comes through achieving an act of the highest benevolence without even knowing you are doing it and why. You just do it because it was the right and kindest thing to do. Supremely sacrificing self and being in that moment for someone else. It is a form of purest love for another.
