Of late I find myself transcending the mundane issues and problems of day to day life and find myself focused in a realm of spirituality, love and compassion. My spirituality has taken over many aspects of my previous being and I feel myself seeing things from a far more clearer and obvious perspective that allows me to understand things more clearly. However I also feel the toxic and negative things in life trying hard to drag me down. The trick I guess is to keep moving forward to keep reaching up for the stars and to keep reaching out to those in need of help in doing the same. This reaching has to come from a place within, a part of our soul and every bit of our essence. If we all keep reaching upward and striving for better lives based around spirituality love and compassion then the paradigm shift we all hope for and know is coming will be a reality. Shine your light and resonate your love outward and peace and benevolence will find there way into many more lives.
