Weird sensation 

Weird thing happened recently, I was composing a poem about being open hearted and was fully focused on the words and image in my mind that as I wrote and imagined a key entering a lock in my heart I felt the sensation and the image suddenly changed and I saw my heart opening up like a mechanism in various sections. It felt so real to. In an instant I sat back and cleared the image and thought from my mind. However I still feel the sensation lingering within me. I have tried again since to see if I can repeat it but to no avail. Anyone had similar experience or knowledge of this ever occurring? Has quite unsettled me.

    Why would we think energy of intent would not affect the physical? Well, there are reasons it will, and reasons it won’t, but physical sensations in relation to the energetic and spiritual dimensions are real and can, in my experience, be intense…or subtle. Depends.

    Interesting, I had a tingling sensation over my left shoulder as though there was someone breathing over me just today. Not the same as your experience but certainly beyond the everyday.
