I wish I could just lay and watch the sky
The the tranquil beauty so blue fills my eye
Occasional clouds of purest white
Floating on by and filling my sight
And all I hear is the sweet bird song
I could lay here for eternity all alone
Basking bliss and dwelling in the moment
Listening to birds singing their sonnet
And if I was to die in this moment
It would be so perfect I feel I would own it
As my vision faded and the sky falls from view
I would spend my last second and think of you
As sounds no longer filled my ears
I would smile a final smile and shed no tear.
And as I cease to exist in this human form
I would allow my spririt to be drawn
Up to the perfect sky and take my place
In divine holiness and spiritual grace.
