Compassion is that moment you see the meaning life for what it truly is, one of caring and benevolence. Where instead of trying to climb up and over people we offer a hand up and consider the plight of those less fortunate or having a difficult time. This can only be done devoid of judgment and envy or with any ulterior motive in mine.
Compassion is that aspect of us that comes from the soul and delivers in return grace. It requires an understanding that we are all part of one grand design and is extended beyond just showing compassion to our fellow humans but to animals and the earth as a whole. It is the ability to see see wrong from right and to understand that it can be felt and offered regardless of colour, beliefs or class. Compassion is that overwhelming spirit that will raise our karmic frequency and allow us to live a life without the guilt we can feel when we walk by those in need blinkered or blind to their suffering. When we decide to be the compassion in the world everyone and everything around us benefits from this and as a result we create a better place for ourselves and others. Never be afraid to hold out a hand of help tho others for without compassion we are merely ignorant beings striving to survive at the the detriment of all other things.
