It’s about self discovery

We spend so much time reacting to life based on what we see, hear and feel externally that we have become oblivious to our internal intuitiveness and how we feel, see and hear within. When we look inside ourselves for answers or solutions to problems we find them to be very different to how we would react when we only view life’s problems externally. What we also find when looking within for answers is that we have the ability to heal ourselves and grow as well as developing. We discover our true inner core energy that is the very foundation of our existence.
This energy is divine universal cosmic energy.
The power contained within this energy can heal us many times over and help us find all the answers to life we require.
When we externalise we simply find temporary solutions and answers that lead us into further confusion. We then invite stress and worry into our lives and we end up getting caught up in illusory dramas that distract us from really living and from being happy. We lose the ability to connect with the love that is the very basis of our being.
So understand that looking outward is deception and looking within is truly discovering your authentic powerful energetic being.
