My heart feels heavy

My soul feels weak

My mind’s a fog

I can barely speak

You left me stranded

Abandoned me

Now all my days are bleak.

Why did you go

Why did you feel the need to go

Why did you leave

I find myself in the darkest place I have ever  been

So why did you leave. Don’t say ‘it was not you it was me’

There is no comfort in that false belief

For if you loved me

Then no matter what the reason you would have stayed with me

But instead you chose to leave

Why did you leave.

Why did you go.

Why am I left here feeling so cold

And so alone.

Why did you leave.

Why did you go.

You had your reason

But the truth is i will never know

Because you hide the truth from me

You lied and left me in grief

So the best thing I can do

Is let you go

Because that’s what’s best for me

So take your love and leave

Walk away with your love and just go.
