When the last rain forest is gone and the last tree felled
when the amount of fish in the ocean is too little to be sustained
when our air is no longer breathable from chem trails and pesticides
what then will be the answer to this man made suicide.
It’s not as if we have another planet that we can go too
when we have raped the worlds resources please tell me what will you do.
Will we face extinction like the dinosaurs but this time no meteorite
will be needed
to end the life of mankind for the warning signs weren’t heeded.
With the hole in the ozone layer and the sun’s dangerous solar flares
you accuse of fear mongering when in fact it’s that I care,
that I highlight all these things to you,
ignore my message if you dare.
People say that governments won’t let it go that far
but it’s the greedy corporations who play the biggest part
in the destruction of our planet in the name of greed and power
I am sorry that you may not like me predicting our doomsday hour.
But unless we start doing something now to redress all this damage
there will be no turning back from the extinction of mankind on this our beautiful planet.
