Contemplation

I contemplate on life

Over a latte in the sun

I take a look within

And see the problem that are among

The various thoughts that go through my mind

And let them dissapeared

Into a place of mindfulness

A place of no real fears

And as I contemplate my life

I learn to let thoughts go

For if we do not do this then then the chatter starts to grow

This will lead to conflict and destroy my inner peace

And then I will find my mind fullness will cease.

So I treat thoughts with impermanence

A temporary state

And focus all my energy on love and not on hate

Or any negativity that tries to play out in my head

I will not entertain them as they are waiting to be fed.

So I sit here soaking up the sun

Letting every thought just go

And sit here dwelling in the bliss of my mindfulness in flow.
