So anonymous posted a distressing video of a 10 yrs old boy beheaded by the US and British backed and funded Al Quds. So called freedom fighters. If it had been ISIS it would be all over the news and media. But this will not be shown. Not that ISIS are any better. The question I can’t seem to find an answer too is how can people be so remorseless, barbaric and evil. How can they be so lacking in love and compassion. The boy was 10yrs old ffs.they say he was a spy. Did he have a choice? If he said no would he have died at the hands of those telling him to spy? He was 10 yrs old did he even understand his actions and the consequences of what may happen to him. You expect more understanding from adults though surely. This brutal act to me goes to prove that on all sides there are brutal blood thirsty murderers he’ll bent on sating the lust for blood and horror and use religion as justification to sanctify these kinds of acts. Meanwhile in the rest of the world we seem to see this and act like it’s just how things are for people in Syria. Like they are irrelevant and inconsequential and do not warrant outrage and grief.
This video profoundly effected me. It disgusted me and left me wondering where is the sanity, the hope, the compassion, the love for each other as a race, as a humanity. Where in all things spiritual is the humanity!! How much longer must this be endured. We must find a way to put an end to the atrocities carried out in the name of religion, power, politics and greed. Jesus said on the cross’forgive them father for they know not what they do’. Well that no longer holds up. They know now and do it anyway. It is unacceptable and as a humanity we should let them know that, bring the murderers to justice and be held accountable.
We have to expect more from each and every person and make it understood that act of such vile nature or in fact any act that is harmful in anyway against any other person is unjustifiable and wrong. Let’s try to transcend how we are now into something of greater spirituality, compassion, tolerance, benevolence and love.

Completely agree with you ….when someone’s ‘belief’ system is SO strong to cause acts of hate, violence and barbarism in the name of it …and YES that’s both political AND religious ….there’s something pretty wrong with it
We’re in the 21st century ….time to move to a different way of being …which includes being intolerant of intolerance WHEREVER it resides:)
