Loneliness is a chance for solitude in a world of duality. We must sadly experience heartbreak and loneliness to appreciate fully love and companionship. Solitude can give us time to reflect on what has gone before, to learn from it, to make us stronger and more aware of what we truly need next time we find love. Don’t dwell on the pain just understand why it happened, learn from it and move forward when ready. We are never truly alone unless we choose to be. There are always people there for you but you have to be willing to let them in.

Alone is something that needs to be frightened. I welcome it. It gives me the chance to reflect and collect my thoughts.
