Beware false prophets they are everywhere
Speak of hate and sin and scare
You into following them.
Beware false prophets they are everywhere
They will shed your blood and not even care
In the name of them
And their religion.
But some don’t come from that background
Some of these false prophets are politicians,
They will have you marching in their name
Participating in their war games
Where they win
And we always lose.
So beware false prophets they are everywhere
The only thing for which they only care is about them.
Igniting hate, greed and violence
Leaving the innocent in silence
That is their game.
Using their media chums to beat the xenophobic drum
They are stoking up the hate.
So beware false prophets everywhere
They will end this world without a care in the name of
Power and greed
Simply to satisfy their ferocious needs.
So beware false prophets everywhere
Don’t follow them and just take care
You are the only authority you will ever need
Believe me.
For I am no prophet
Just someone who believes in love
Believing in compassion and in peace
We need to join in unity.
To stop these false prophets and their games
To stop following in their name
Just be free
and fight for peace
Just be love
and the change we need.
